First Examination:
In the Examination we learn about the patient, his daily activities and what creates an over-load on his body that causes discomfort or pain.
We start with a verbal questionnaire, evaluate the level of pain, and the affects on daily-living and quality of life, based on general and specific functions.
Then, we continue with manual examination, where a physical assessment of the body is done, with the use of medical information the patient provides, in order to find the source of the problem, and the correct and most accurate way
to treat it.
The Treatments:
The treatments are conducted with various manual techniques, oriented to reducing pain and limitations the patient is experiencing. Then, there is a practical session in which the patient learns how to work with different weights and challenges, in order to allow correct movement patterns without causing damage to the problematic area.
At the end of the treatments the patient receives the necessary tools to make sure the problem won't return.
